My Recon sentinel is defective or doesnt power up?

You should be able to return it to the place you purchased it within the 30 day period for a replacement device. After 30 days we will need to issue a RMA for a replacement unit.
If the lights come on and displays the Device ID or Starting up message contact support for further help
