How can I cancel or change my re occuring subscription?

For security reasons Cigent cannot end your subscription, you will need to cancel the reoccurring billing by Logging into your console, use the link below and use your login credentials.

At the top right select the drop down next to your name
Then select payment options and stop reoccurring payments.
